United Optical Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing United Optical! We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping. Please read our shipping policy below:

 


一、運送範圍

Shipping Regions

我們目前提供台灣境內的運送服務，國際運送暫時不提供。如需查詢其他地區的配送可能，請聯繫我們的客服團隊。
We currently offer shipping within Taiwan only. International shipping is not available at this time. For inquiries about other regions, please contact our customer service team.

 


二、運送時間

Shipping Time

  • 處理時間 / Processing Time
    訂單處理時間為1至3個工作天，週末及國定假日不進行配送。
    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. No orders are processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • 配送時間 / Delivery Time
    大部分訂單會在出貨後的2至5個工作天內送達。偏遠地區可能需要更長的配送時間。
    Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days after shipping. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

 


三、運費

Shipping Fees

  • 標準運費 / Standard Shipping Fee
    單筆訂單若金額低於指定金額，將收取標準運費。
    For orders below a specified amount, a standard shipping fee will apply.

  • 免運優惠 / Free Shipping
    單筆訂單金額達到指定金額以上，即可享免運服務。
    Free shipping is available for orders above the specified amount.

 


四、運送狀態查詢

Tracking Your Order

訂單出貨後，您將收到一封包含追蹤編號的通知電郵，您可以使用該編號查詢訂單的運送狀態。若有任何問題，請聯繫客服團隊協助。
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order’s delivery status. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 


五、包裹遺失或損壞

Lost or Damaged Packages

若您在預計的配送時間內未收到包裹，或包裹在運送過程中損壞，請聯繫我們的客服團隊。若經確認包裹遺失或損壞，我們將協助您申請重新配送或退款。
If you do not receive your package within the expected delivery timeframe or if it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team. If confirmed as lost or damaged, we will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund.
